WHO WE ARE
Lee Ka Ming
Lee Ka Ming has been the Managing Director of SYS Energy since 2015 and he is responsible for many of the company’s most vital support operations, including government relations.
Previously, he has held a variety of managerial positions in oil and gas operations and EPC. In 1979, he was appointed Asia Pacific Regional Manager of Dupont (Fluorochemicals). In his return to China, he has served in the executive position of Sinopec Shanghai Jinshan before being appointed 1996, Sinopec/Unipec (Singapore) in 1997.
Beside SYS Energy, Lee Ka Ming is currently an independent consultant to the board of several corporates including Dalian Huanbohai Energy Trading and Bright Foods Group.
Chief Operating Officer
After being graduated in chemical engineering from Dalian Institute of Technology, he worked successfully as a process engineer, chief engineer, deputy chief engineer, and project manager.
He completed and put into production large-scale petrochemical projects such as Shanghai Petrochemical gasoline hydrogenation and Yang Pakistan's styrene project.
He also participated in the development of a certain number of Sinopec technology and patent within Sinopec group.
Before joining SYS Energy, Mr. Ye acted as a strategic advisor to the board of Zhuhai Gaolan Port Development Zone, Huizhou Daya Bay Development Zone, Maoming City, and Hainan Province.
Business Development Officer
Started within Credit Agricole Group where he was involved in the corporate back-office operations before being appointed as a corporate banker during 2002 and 2007.
From 2007 to 2010, he was appointed as west coast development manager for a French Renewable Energy group to implement operations in the United States but also to develop structured finance solutions.
After his return to France, he was the project manager for a financial consulting firm dedicated to energy projects. Then, he was strategic advisors to private companies and government-linked companies in Africa and Southeast Asia.
He is currently appointed of the board of advisors of companies in South East Asia.
